    1. Use of WoWTunnels servers are limited to gameplay data. This means you may not use them for (With exception to tunneling servers labeled as "Proxy"):
      1. Any malicious activities
      2. Downloading files
      3. As a general proxy server(e.g. web browsing, IRC)

    3. Your contract with WoWTunnels shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by WoWTunnels at any time. WoWTunnels also reserves the right to close your account at any time without any notice or reason for doing so.
  3. Account
    1. You may not share your WoWTunnels account with another person. Multiboxers are allowed up to two unique logins from the same IP address.
  4. Pricing
    1. Service pricing are subject to change at any time. WoWTunnels will announce the service price change at least 7 days in advance.
  5. Limitations
    In no event shall WoWTunnels or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WoWTunnels's Internet site, even if WoWTunnels or a WoWTunnels authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
