bad experience with wowtunnels

lately i found out that playing without wowtunnels is better than using one. has anyone ever experienced this kind of situation? i felt being cheated by them who said the program will help us to reduce the lag. i hope they will improve the service in the future or they just want to increase their profit by increasing the fee but not their capacity.

Under normal conditions this should not happen, what kind of pings do you get normally and with WoW Tunnels?
Is the increased ping constant or does it happen in spikes? What WoW server do you play on and which WoW Tunnels server did you try / used?

We do mention that this service _may_ not work for everyone. There are certain instances where WoW Tunnels may not help decrease ping at all, noted in the FAQs http://www.wowtunnels.com/faqs#q3
Most of the time this is due to poor international bandwidth or unstable connections.

The capacity has been increased by more than twice the capacity since the original price without any raises so far until this one, I don't see how you can say the price has risen without increased capacity or an improved service just based on your account alone.

I live in south america and have been using wowtunnels for half a year, with absolutly no problems, it normally lowers my ping in half. anyways, they offer a trial account, you should try and use differnt servers close to the data center you play on before u buy an account to see if it works for you...and even if thats to late, ur only out th e money of a soda and ice cream.

Same problem here getting spikes every now and then 220 - 1k ms the spiking happens once every hour.

Also tried running wow without using wowtunnel 350-370 ms no spike at all.

yes i am playing in aman thul - lag spikes very frequent and latency will go up to 1200ms within one hour of play. i have to constantly logout. This is very frustrating especially if i am raiding.

Is it just when you're raiding or does it happen no matter what you're doing?
