• Q: What games does WoWTunnels support?
  A: WoWTunnels works with a wide range of games. Our servers can support an arbitary number of games. For a list of games we provide instructions for, please view here.
• Q: What regions or countries does WoWTunnels support?
  A: WoWTunnels support players world-wide.
• Q: How is this possible, it looks too good to be true? Whats the catch?
  A: There is no catch, really! Your ping is lowered through a process called "SSH Tunneling". You can try searching on google for "SSH Tunnel" or visit this article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunneling_protocol.
  
• Q: Does this work for everyone?
  A: Unfortunately, there are cases when WoWTunnels won't help you lower your ping, especially if your connection is very poor and the connection to the WoWTunnels server itself becomes laggy. We suggest users to trial before paying.
• Q: Will I get banned for using this?
  A: No one has ever been banned for using WoWTunnels at this time of writing. Currently there are no specific rules on playing World of Warcraft through a proxy server, however this can change. Ultimately we can't hold responsibility for your own accounts. Using this service is at your own risk.
• Q: Can I log into the same account from two different locations?
  A: Since sharing accounts is prohibited, logging into the same account from two different locations will cause both parties to be disconnected. It is very important you do not give out your details to anyone.
• Q: Can Mac users make use of the WoWTunnels service?
  A: Yes! Currently we only support World of Warcraft through the WoW2GO application though. Please visit the setup guide page to find out more.
